Additional Comments

A good chinese restaurant. You can find better but we have yet to have a really bad meal here. If you, like us, like to use chopsticks to eat your lunch, just ask.

This Restaurant is situated in Gateshead’s renowned Metro Centre, Mediterranean Village. It does not have disabled toilet facilities but there are plenty of such facilities within easy walking distance.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Although the counter is very high this should not matter as the waiters are the only people with a need to use it.

The Metro Centre is a mecca for wheelchairs being fully accessible with a few exceptions were some shops do not leave wheelchair space. However, since this is one of the biggest indoor shopping malls in Europe there are plenty of other shops you can use. Use them. Those few that don’t allow the space will just have to manage without your patronage!!

We recommend the Blue Car Park for disabled visitors. This car park is patrolled and there is thus little bay abuse and usually plenty of disabled spaces.  Shop Mobility also operates from this car park if needed.
