Additional Comments
Disabled parking bays in public car park behind the restaurant. Path from car park to restaurant is a little uneven in places.
While accessible toilet was potentially perfect for me, I was disappointed that when I wanted to use it, I had to ask a member of staff to clear items behind the door to enable it to be fully opened and also to remove a free standing baby change table, which occupied most of the toilet. Although it didn’t affect me, the transfer area was full of child high chairs.
I would like the staff, when they see a wheelchair user entering the restaurant, to be more vigilant in ensuring the toilet facilities can be used without the hassle I had.
