Additional Comments
I experienced first class customer service on this visit.
Although signage indicating a wheelchair accessible toilet wasn’t obvious, when I asked a member of staff, I was immediately given details of the arrangments. I was told that since the building was listed, they had been unable to date to provide suitable facilities.
However, I was told they had an arrangement with KFC, located on the opposite side of the road, for customers to use their accessible facilities if necessary. While not ideal, I commend this type of collaboration and would like to see more of this kind of thing, where facilities can be openly shared.
Restaurant is in city centre location, so parking restricted with some disabled parking bays in the vicinity.
