Additional Comments
My wife and I had a nice lunch here when we stopped off en route to Scotland. I parked in one of two disabled parking bays outside the accommodation block, but there was no adjacent access to pub area there.
I pushed up a slight slope to the other side of pub where there was a door with a ramp, but it was locked. My wife went into pub by adjacent entrance, which had steps, and a member of staff came promptly to unlock the door and allow me to enter up the short ramp. There actually was space to park on the side road beside this entrance, but there were no marked spaces there and it wasn’t obvious this was the only ramped entrance door.
Inside it was spacious and the service was good.
It would be worth them having clear signage to indicate this accessible entrance and a door bell to attract staff attention without the need to have someone go in and ask for door to be opened.
