Additional Comments
From the moment we stopped in the large parking area and looked down across the sloping but wheelchair accessible garden to the River Jaudy beyond we realised we had found somewhere special. At the opposite end of this flat area is the place where the now legendary weekly barbecues take place, but here the view to the river is over the menagerie. Pigs, hens, ducks, cats and dogs of varying degrees of silliness are all part of the INAHT experience. The town of La Roche Derrien is a short walk along the River bank, and here are most of the shopping and dining facilities you will need. The stunning Pink Granite Coast is a short car journey away. We were greeted like close old friends on our second visit; just as well as that is what we felt like. The accommodation? Exactly as it claims, I have no difficulty with a large electric wheelchair. Anything extra you need can either be borrowed or hired, I am not aware that Jacqui and Karl have ever failed in their aim to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of each of their guests. We are going back for a third time in a few weeks and I can hardly wait.
